FIT TEST #2

It has been 2 weeks already since my last fit test.

Let me remind you of my experience by using 6 letters: I PUKED!

Yeah it was not fun...but after 14 days of hard core cardio, it is time to check in and see if I improved.

Here are my results:


Wk1/Wk2
Switch Kicks: 24 /95
Power Jacks: 34/ 50
Power Knees: 55 /107
Power Jumps: 14/ 43
Globe Jumps: 6 /14
Suicide Jumps: 8 /12
Push up Jacks: 8 /13
Low Plank Oblique: 15/ 39



So yeah...i Have greatly improved. I felt stronger and more confident this time.


Let me tell you, I am looking forward to this recovery week after this month. Not really, because after this recovery week, I got 30 more days of hell....

NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!

I hate that motto!!!
